Boasting 360 degree views from sea to city’s edge, CATCH is perched above the boutique luxury Thompson Hotel at the center of Playa’s famous Quinta Avenida at Calle 12. With all the energy of its New York City namesake, the open kitchen and sushi bar set a lively stage for diners to enjoy globally influenced, locally sourced cuisine served in the restaurant’s signature, shareable style of dining.
Featuring classic CATCH dishes including the salmon belly carpaccio, bourbon-miso black cod lettuce wraps, Cantonese lobster and crispy whole red snapper for two, the menu flows from Raw and Rolled to Cold and Hot sections before moving on to larger format entrees and simply grilled selections.
As the evening advances, the atmosphere elevates with live DJs transforming the space into Playa’s premier nightlife destination.
